What are your working hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9a.m. to 5p.m. eastern United States time.

Where do you ship to?

We offer international shipping worldwide with the exception of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Those countries are under embargo by the United States government office of Export Controls Services.


How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the item(s), size of the shipping box and your shipping location. If you are ever in Miami, you can choose a free pickup at our warehouse. If you would like to arrange your own shipping, you can contact us prior to purchasing and we will gladly help you.

 
How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?

It depends. We will ship your order as soon as payment is approved. Arrival time will depend on your physical location and the shipping method you choose during checkout.

 
How can I pay?
We provide our customers several options for checkout: Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept wire transfers and cash. For more information on those two payment methods, contact us through our contact us page.


Where is AME located?

We are located in Miami, Florida, just a 10 minute car ride from the Miami International Airport. Come visit us!

Do you provide warranty?

Yes, we provide warranty in all of our equipment/instruments. Warranty periods can vary from 90 days to 1 year depending on the product. For more information on warranty, take a look at our Warranty Policy.
