Of course! We are here to help our customers find what they need. If you are looking for something specific you can contact one of our sales representatives through our live chat (lower right corner), on our contact us page or via our social medias.

What are your working hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9a.m. to 5p.m. eastern United States time.

Where is AME located?

We are located in Miami, Florida, just a 10 minute car ride from the Miami International Airport. Come visit us!

Where do you ship to?

We offer international shipping worldwide with the exception of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Those countries are under embargo by the United States government office of Export Controls Services.

Where do you ship to?

A: Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the item(s), size of the shipping box and your shipping location. If you are ever in Miami, you can choose a free pickup at our warehouse. If you would like to arrange your own shipping, you can contact us prior to purchasing and we will gladly help you.

How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?

It depends. We will ship your order as soon as payment is approved. Arrival time will depend on your physical location and the shipping method you choose during checkout.

What are the payment options?

We provide our customers several options for checkout: Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Customers from South and Latin American countries like Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile and more, are able to pay in their local currency and using a domestic credit/debit card, via voucher payment, or online bank transfer. For Brazil and Mexico, customers have the ability to pay up to six month installments using their credit card. Do you provide warranty?

Yes, we provide warranty in all of our equipment/instruments. Warranty periods can vary from 90 days to 1 year depending on the product. For more information on warranty, take a look at our Warranty Policy.
